Your Role: Senior Engineering Manager 🚀
This position leads a dynamic, cross-functional team encompassing iOS, Android, Web, .NET, and QA. You will have complete accountability for delivery performance and the quality of execution. You will manage one pod consisting of 6 engineers (1 Android, 1 iOS, 2 Web, 1 .NET, 1 QA). This role, aptly named "Team Pulse," blends hands-on leadership with strategic technical direction to drive performance, foster innovation, and achieve strong outcomes. Your focus will be on empowering your team, upholding a high standard of quality, and playing a pivotal role in developing products that help people discover connection, companionship, and love!

The E&E Paris Studio is a powerhouse, uniting a unified product platform across Europe and North America. This platform fuels multiple brands with a shared foundation while enabling the creation of unique and engaging experiences for each, all centered on helping people build meaningful connections.

- Supercharging Growth on OurTime: Evolve the product and unlock stronger product-market fit within a high-potential, underserved senior audience. This segment deeply values companionship and connection.

- A strong delivery mindset with a proven track record of improving execution, raising standards, and driving reliable outcomes.
- Experience as a leader of cross-functional engineering teams (iOS, Android, Web, backend, QA), owning end-to-end software delivery in a B2C environment.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, transforming complexity into clear direction and actionable plans.
- A strategic mindset, capable of contributing to and influencing company product strategy beyond team-level delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop engineers, including mentoring and nurturing future engineering leaders and managers.
- Experience building and managing high-performing teams characterized by strong ownership, accountability, and autonomy.
- A passionate advocacy for diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety, cultivating an environment where everyone can thrive.
- Solid technical understanding with architectural awareness, enabling credible engagement in technical discussions.
- Clear, confident communication skills across engineering, product, and senior leadership audiences.
